Bookings for next term are live

Dear All,

I hope everyone is well. What a fabulous week we had last week, ending a truly mega year with a lovely sharing session with the junior school and fun, Christmassy classes with the seniors and adults.

Our booking system for next term is now live. Registers will remain open until the first week of term, after which they will close. I currently have waiting lists for many classes, and after the first week any unconfirmed spaces will be offered to new students.

The new system allows termly fees to be spread, making payments more manageable via PayPal. Alternatively, Apple Pay and standard card payments are also available. Discount's are added automatically.

Please may I stress that all payments must be made before the beginning of term. Unfortunately, if fees are not settled, I am not permitted to have your child in class, as they would not be covered or insured to participate. If a student is not fully enrolled, I will have no choice but to ask them to leave the class. This is absolutely the last thing I ever want to do—truly my worst nightmare—but I must follow our insurance and safeguarding requirements. If something were to happen, neither the student nor the school would be covered.

I have created a short tutorial to guide you through the enrolment process, and I have also arranged for Hannah to attend classes in the second week of term in case anyone needs help with the payment system.

Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. As with anything new, we ask for a little patience—but rest assured, if any issues arise, I will do my very best to resolve them quickly.
