Important Update: Payment System Error

Dear Parents and Students,

I wanted to make you aware of a small issue we’ve discovered with our new payment system. It appears that any class bookings made between 13th September and 30th September were processed incorrectly, and the amount paid was slightly less than the correct total.

I’ve been reviewing all payments carefully and will be sending a note home this week with any students affected by this error.

If you receive one of these notes, I would be so grateful if you could settle the remaining balance via BACS at your earliest convenience.

There is also quite a few studnets not registered and paid for lessons I will be sending polite reminders out at the end of the week.
