🌟 Important Updates & Exciting News from JASD! 🌟

Dear All,

I hope you have all had an amazing half-term break and enjoyed the Halloween and Bonfire Night celebrations!

Over the holidays, I unfortunately received some bad news from The Grange Theatre, where we usually host our bi-annual shows. They’ve informed me that they will need to cancel our March booking due to building works taking place within the school. The theatre will be out of action for around a year.

I have spent the whole half term visiting theatres across the North West trying to find a suitable alternative venue for our school. This has proven to be very difficult, as most theatres are already taking bookings for 2027/2028.

This has never happened before, and I am honestly so disappointed — but we now have a new plan!

We will be postponing Show 26 to 7th–10th January 2027, so please save the date!It will take place at Northwich Memorial Theatre, a lovely venue that will be perfect for our show and future productions.

In the meantime, we will be adjusting our school calendar to make sure our students stay positive and have lots of exciting events to look forward to until we return to show work in June 2026.
